Left-behind children education problem is the current urgent needs to solve problems in the people’s livelihood issues in China. Left-behind children education problem in just learning problems appeared on the surface, in fact largely is mental health problems, then we will pay close attention to and to do a good job of rural left-behind children’s mental health education. The lagging behind of rural left-behind children’s mental health education concept, backward education content, education method is undeserved, make rural left-behind children in learning, moral, values, etc., generally there are a number of problems. However, children are the future of our society as a whole, ensure their healthy growth is the responsibility of the whole society.The article overall is divided into three parts altogether. The first part expounds the related concepts and theoretical basis, and explains what is "left-behind children","mental health","mental health education" the three concepts, and then use the theory of ideological and political education counseling education and class du pull the development of the psychology theory as the theoretical support of this paper. Second part adopts the investigation method, this paper analyzes the problems of rural left-behind children’s mental health education and the analysis of existing problems of rural left-behind children’s mental health education, in jilin province NongAnXian and rizhao city in shandong province as investigation object, the data of the questionnaire based on the analysis, concluded that problems of rural left-behind children’s mental health education, and then find the cause of the problems of rural left-behind children’s mental health education. The third part analyzes the countermeasures of rural left-behind children’s mental health education for left-behind children to build a good living environment, let the left-behind children to rebuild confidence, establish good aim in life, and strive to become a physical and mental health of useful talents to the society.
