In the past 30 years, with the vigorous development of our national economy and several historic reforms of our economic system, the whole society has undergone remarkable changes. However,it also caused some social problems, such as the disparity between the rich and the poor in urban and rural areas and the imbalance in medical and health services.Among them,as many young and middle-aged people in rural areas choose to leave home and seek better development in cities, this situation will inevitably lead to the emergence of the phenomenon of "left-behind children in rural areas".Many social problems arise from " rural left-behind children" such as intergenerational education, life safety, cultural learning, etc.Among them, their physical and mental health problems bear the brunt. This thesis focuses on the topic of"research on the health status of left-behind children in rural areas" and studies the left-behind children in Yueshan town of Anqing City, which is regarded as " research field".For example, compared with the left-behind children in other counties and towns in Anqing, the left-behind children in "Yueshan town" have their own particularity. The town's economic and social development is relatively good, and parents or the elders of the children's next generation are also very concerned about the physical and mental health of the children left behind. However, the author found through observation and interview that although the elders who are parents or the next generation also show strong care and love for their offspring in subjective aspects, due to their own cultural level, their old outlook on life and life experience, this inevitably raises some problems that need to be paid attention to and solved in the practice of their offspring's growth and education.Through research, the author believes that the main problems of the left-behind children in "Yueshan town" in their physical and mental education are as follows:First, parents leave their children to their parents too early.Of course, this kind of intergenerational support has its rationality, but the old life experience and habits of the old people are very inappropriate to implement in many times. For example,as long as the child is not noisy or noisy,as long as he can get it easily,he can give whatever he wants to eat, etc.as for the partial eclipse of the child,he hardly interferes with it and allows it to develop.Second, among the children who have entered school age, some children have shown more serious behavior deviation.By rights, parents and schools should discuss and solve this problem together in a timely manner, because children " if they do not educate when their children are young,it is difficult to change bad habits until they grow up",but the actual situation is not the same.Thirdly, there is a lack of effective education on children's safety.Today's " Yueshan town" already has the characteristics of a primary modern agricultural society. The smooth flow of roads, mobility and semi-mobility of different types of vehicles have increased the attention paid by passers-by to safety issues and various other potential safety hazards have emerged one after another. Therefore, education on children's safety should be paid more attention to.Fourth,in academia, although it seems to be a common problem-the psychological and emotional problems of the left-behind children, the author believes that this problem appears to be somewhat prominent among the left-behind children in "Yueshan town".Many children have problems such as being isolated, wordless, arrogant and capricious, unwilling or unable to communicate with similar groups. In view of the above problems, the author tries to explore the reasons for its formation and puts forward suggestions to solve the problems on this basis. This thesis consists of the following parts:The first chapter is an introduction. Its content includes the practical significance of the topic.Based on the literature review, the academic value of this paper is stated, that is,the innovation of this paper. In addition, this thesis also makes corresponding statements on the research methods. The main content of the second chapter is the general situation of the research point.Based on the description of the physical geography, economy, society and culture of the research site, the basic situation of the left-behind children is also explained. The main content of the third chapter is:collect relevant materials through observation and interview methods in qualitative methods.Among them, the interview method occupies the main position.Based on the combing and analysis of the data, the author classifies the problems to be studied and analyzes the causes of the problems extracted. The fourth chapter is the last chapter of this thesis. In this chapter, the author makes tentative countermeasures and suggestions to the problems raised.
