Thus, administrative efficiency supervision has become important element of local governments at all levels as well as administrative and supervisory organs. If the local governments carry out supervision over administrative efficiency, it can promote civil servants exercising executive power based on laws. They will perform their functions cleanly, efficiently and fairly to improve administrative efficiency, be guaranteed according to law and establish a fair and transparent administrative system. Although the local governments have obtained some achievements in administrative efficiency supervision, there are still many problems which have effect on administrative efficiency supervision in depth.
