The Analysis On The Changes Of Modern French Constitution And Constitutional System

In France, in1789, since the Citizenship and human rights manifesto issued and began the modern constitutional system, and the alteration of a dozen constitutions developed and improved of the French constitutional system. Various political forces in the period of the great revolution were in competition with each other, leading to constant changes of constitution, what’s more, the constitution in1875which existed for more than60years was a product of political compromises. Therefore, the French experience is unique in the evolution history of the world’s constitutions. If carefully arranging the period of French Constitutional History, we will find the growth logic behind French constitutional system and that it’s inevitable for the Constitution to develop in the French way. Constitution of the Fifth Republic of France is a basic summary of French constitutional road, marking the basic sound of the French Constitutional Government System.
