Compared with the common group purchase,network consumption is more convenient, low prices and have many other advantages, at the same time online group purchase also exist some problems content of market lack of regulation,lack of protection for consumer rights.Network group purchase prevailed stem from2010, problems have gradually emerged from the group purchase, fraud to invisible tort to group purchase product shrink, these have greatly damaged the group purchase the rights and interests of consumers. Even bargain power network group purchase of consumers’rights and interests is an important right in the network of group purchase, consumers even bargain right infringement cases have occurred, which seriously hinders the normal development of the network of commercial industry, hinder trade environment benign development.
