Network group buying pattern mainly divided into the following threecategories: first, the consumer group of network group purchase; Second, themerchant organization network group purchase; Third, the professional grouporganization in groups. However, because the body of the former two network groupbuying patterns there are only two players, businesses and consumers, with thegeneral network shopping the difference is not big, the rights and obligationsrelations is relatively clear, there is no complicated legal relationship, therefore,can be solved through the ordinary legal way, so, in this paper, we study the modeland the third group, is a professional group a bulk of the organization. In this paper,starting from the phenomenon of network group purchase, based on the theory ofnetwork group purchase knowledge, analysis of network group purchase legalrelationship, combined with our country consumer rights and interests protectionproblems in network group buying, thus consummates our country to protect therights and interests of consumers in the network group buying.This article is mainly composed of preface, text, conclusion of three parts. Textmainly through four chapters, the first chapter mainly introduces the related theoriesof network group purchase knowledge, with real case raises in this paper, we studythe main problems, through the comparative analysis and network group purchaseand the related concepts. The second chapter main analysis the main body ofnetwork group purchase, clear the legal relations of the network group buying. Thethird chapter mainly summarizes the network group buying that exists in theprotection of the rights and interests of consumers in general and special problems.The fourth chapter mainly through the analysis of the former chapters, puts forwardthe network group purchase consumers’ rights and interests of protection withChinese characteristics of the relevant countermeasures.
