Since the reform and opening up, with in-depth reform of the economic system and the rapid development of the socialist market economy, The interests of our country’s structure has undergone great changes.That is, the interests of the traditional unitary structure tends to collapse, began to shift toward a wide range of interests pattern. With the diversification of China’s social stratification and the pattern of interests, Increasing demands of the imbalance of the interests of different groups of people.The Party’s Third Plenary Session focused on advancing rural reform and development issues. The meeting emphasized to respect the wishes of farmers, emphasizing respect for the dominant position of the farmers, to protect the rights and interests of farmers, efforts to solve the problem of the most direct and most practical interests which the farmers are concerned, and give full play to the farmers’main role and pioneering spirit, closely rely on the majority of farmers in building a new socialist countryside and also shows the basic ideas of the ruling party to push forward rural reform and development. Since farmers are the main role of rural reform and development, they should have the full right to speak, which requires the establishment of a sound effective interest expression mechanism as a system for protection. In the process of comprehensive construction of a new socialist countryside, farmers increasingly strong desire for expression of interests. The author hopes to discuss the construction of a new socialist countryside in the interests of farmers expression mechanism.This paper attempts to build and improve the problem of expression mechanism of the farmers’interests in the context of a new socialist countryside construction analysis, and proposed some amendments to the countermeasures and suggestions. The structure and basic content of this article as the following schedule:the first is preamble, it conducted a comprehensive introduction and exposition on the main research background, significance, research, research methods and related literature of the paper. Then it interpreted and analyzed the general theory of the expression of the farmer’s interests in the construction of a new socialist countryside.Including defined and introduced the connotation of the expression mechanisms of a new socialist countryside and the interests of these two core concepts and combed the theoretical basis of the interests of farmers in the new socialist countryside construction of expression mechanism, such as:civil society theory, equity theory of justice, theory of political participation, and theory of equality of rights.
