And minorities’rights may be not guaranteed when they encounter troubles or disputes because of the limitation on the language and relative knowledge. These are main reasons why the spread of legal knowledge and legal assistance is so important. We should cultivate more legal talents among minorities and encourage those who are familiar with the laws back to their hometown so that they can use their knowledge to help others and make more people understand the law. Only then the minorities can form a legal awareness and solve the problems with legal knowledge rather than other blind actions which cause unnecessary troubles. It is also very important that there should be more legal experts to provide legal assistant for natives when people need help. In fact, there is still a great gap between China and other developed countries in terms of legal aspects. Thus we need a lot of perfection in variety ways such as finance, human resources and other issues.
