Access To "Social Reality" By "Language"

This article mainly discusses the language of ontology connotation from the angle of historical materialism. In Marx’s opinion, the language is neither the carrier of concept and logic, nor can be covered by the phonics and vocabulary. The pivotal reason why language can be language is that, the language itself is an emotional and objective activity. That is, when historical materialism is a methodology of historical science, it will ask people back to "social reality" itself,and the return to social reality is the end of subjective thought.Only the language connotation about the emotional、 objective activity can provide out a path of totality,so that a revolutionary movement to end subjective thought can start. Conversely, the language of metaphysics which neither estimate nor involve the social reality will only wander between concept and logic.Of course, in order to really realize the access to social reality by language, in addition to discuss the revolutionary movement of language with the field historical materialism, we also need to learn the origin and development of metaphysics of language. The work, not only for the criticism, what’s more, is to learn its lesson, and light a glimmer of hope when we are looking for the real connotation of language.Based on this, the article is divided into four parts:The first part, analyse the origin and development of language within the field of ontology. Also introduce that the thought of language in ancient Greece, modern language philosopher Humboldt’s thesis that the language is a view of the world, Heidegger’s description of the relationship between language and presence.The second part, began to enter the focus of the article,that is to introduce the concept of language on a view of materialism. Conduct series of investigation the connotation of the language around three themes of "language and emotional nature", " language and history ","language and thought",which according to the process of historical materialism. At the same time, tells that the language is an emotional and objective activity.The third part, closely to the paper’s theme. On the basic that the language is an emotional and objective activity,to compare it with the language of metaphysics. And discuss how language access to social reality from three parts as follows "the language of metaphysics is a shield of social reality","the totality elaboration of language is a clarification to social realit ""the public life is integration of language and social reality".The fourth part, mainly expounds the enlightenment to contemporary reality of Marx’s thought of language.
