In the new period, the colleges and universities whether educational campaign on collegestudents, maintaining the Party’s advanced nature of long-term mechanism, not only related tothe development of the university itself, but also related to the rise and fall of the party’scause。The author believes that Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the’Three Represents’ as the focal point to enhance students’ PARTY education. Based on thestatus of college students ranks of party members and party building work, a comprehensiveeducational campaign to play an exemplary role of the student party members. To strengthenand promote the work of party building of the college students of party members, studentparty organizations can become the core strength to unite the student population. The onlyway to become the party’s advanced theory, the positions of the education campaign, in orderto promote the development of the advanced nature of the party’s long-term mechanism.In this paper, the research method is qualitative research and quantitative study of thecombination of the Party’s advanced nature as a starting point to the advanced education ofcollege students party members point of view as a starting point to examine the constructionof college students advance for a permanent education mechanism in the new situation thefollowing overview and development as well as the problems encountered and faced the test.The paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter described the Party’s advancednature, the connotation of long-term mechanism of the advanced nature of Party members andthe advanced nature of education and its necessity, tasks and principles; second chaptersummarizes the College Students Party Member of a permanent education mechanism content,and stressed the need to grasp the key link in people-oriented and scientific development.Chapter III investigated from two aspects of thinking, learning and living status of collegestudents party members from party members thinking, inner-party democracy within the partysystem, party building long-term mechanism for the construction of four college studentsparty members and long-term mechanism of Advanced Education building exists social issues.The fourth chapter is the focus of the full text, from the eco-environmental changes at homeand abroad, the sense of democracy within the party to strengthen and the rule of lawimplementation, the popularity of the Internet, university reform and development in fouraspects to analyze the long-term institutional building of the advanced nature education ofcollege students party members facing the test.
