Competition is increasingly fierce competitive era of economic globalization, inter-governmental, in the face of complicated international environment and competitive situation, the traditional government management can not meet the requirements of the market development, the government began to introduce the concept of marketing to the marketingcustomer-oriented in theory to carry out the work of the government, to enhance the image of the government.At present the government marketing in our country is a new thing, but the government marketing concept has begun for the local government to accept, and conducted a series of government marketing practice. But our country of the government marketing theoretical research is still at the starting stage, has not formed a scientific system of government marketing theoretical frameworks, so in the implementation of government marketing in the process there are still some problems.Along with the our city changes a course accelerate, the competition between area also aggravate, each region’s development needs a strong brand to promote, brand has become the soul of the city. More and more of the city began to pay attention to the city brand building and marketing, and the government as a regional brand to the prime mover, need to use the marketing of this new management concept guidance work. Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone is in the transition of the important period of development, there is an urgent need for new management ideas and methods to carry out the government activities, to inject new impetus for the area, accelerate the construction of regional core competence.Based on the summary of the existing literature, combined with the northern Gulf Economic Zone in Guangxi government marketing practice based on research, try to put forward some in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone Based on regional brand marketing strategy of government. Hope for Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone regional brand building and government image enhancement to provide a reference, and ultimately to promote regional brand formation, improve the economic zone of the core competitiveness, improve the regional residents living level.
