Nowadays, the conflict between consumer and bank occurs frequently. In July2010, the irregular bank fee issue reflect the proble of bank service. In general, there are different kinds of conflict between consumer and bank, one reason is that the view of consumer right is improved, meanwhile the conflicts show the bank has a lot of problems when it offer the service or product. The most serious of these conflic which call non-inform behavior, especialy the non-inform charge, cause the public, scholar, and relative deparment widely concern. Because of the negligence of our law for bank informing behavior, the rule for obligation of informing is unclear and unspecific, and the careless of relative deparment, the bank ignor its obligation of imforming. This paper will discuss particularly the obligation of bank. |
