The Study Of Chinese Government Website Performance Assessment System

E-government, especially government website, is an important means to support social management innovation, and its construction and development get the highly valued by central government. In2011, the CPC Central Committee and State Council General Office required all levels of governments give full attention to the construction and management of e-government and government websites, aim to promote openness in government affairs and grass-root services, boost the reform of the administrative system, service-oriented government construction through this platform. To this end, the central authorities have10consecutive years of performance assessment organizations on the government website.E-government performance evaluation based on the spirit of the relevant documents released by the national, provincial and municipal system, used of quantitative and qualitative analysis method by certain procedures, overall evaluated the construction performance and effectiveness during a certain period. This thesis tried to analyst the Performance Evaluation of the Chinese government website assessment system, assessment work, outstanding cases, and made a research of the Chinese government website performance assessment, to form a government website service capability model and methods.
