The research of this paper focused on theconstruction situation of Xinyu government website. Face to the current issues of alllevels government websites in Xinyu, my analysis is expanded on the basis of newpublic management theory, a new service-oriented government building theory. In orderto solve the problems of Xinyu citizens faced, which are people most concerned about,most realistic and relating to their interests directly. Proposed proper strategy of alllevels of Xinyu government website construction, provide reference for the construction,improve the e-government construction level, accelerate the pace of change in Xinyucity government functions and promote the government management innovation.Through the construction of government website, it can optimize Government-Civilianinteraction and strengthen the information interaction mechanism between governmentand enterprises, government and the public. Through this research, we want to find anapproach for the development of Xinyu government website, improve governmentefficiency and administrative capacity, reduce related administrative costs, and realizethe transformation of the government from management to service. Reduce the problemof the "divide" between the government and society through the establishment of agovernment website platform. By the method of email, SMS, written form etc., I sent out300questionnaires(final effective recovery of284copies). After consolidating, it provides the necessaryevidence base for this study. What’s more, through literature research to make up for thelack of empirical problems and provides a theoretical foundation for this paper.This paper briefly discusses the background and significance about the research, summarizes related literature at home and abroad, defines part of some main conceptsand describes the significant impact on the development of Xinyu government websites.Then, by analyzing the construction of excellent foreign government websites and beingcombined with the government website situation of our country, we hope to achieve theenlightenment of e-government construction. Result from searching lots of empiricalmaterials and network of all levels of government websites in, we can know the city’spresent situation well. The main study of this paper focuses on the website construction,the public information platform construction and politics civilian interactive platformconstruction. We also want to solve of all problems aspects in the construction of Xinyue-government and put all these problems into analysis. Finally, on the basis of the above,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the public informationof government websites, political interaction and organizational structure.
