The Study On The Construction Of Government Website Of Guangdong Provincial Departments Under The E-government Environment

With the rapid development and wide application of information technology,e-government to promote local government reform, management innovation and publicservice functions are becoming more and more obvious. As the innovation of socialmanagement, improve the quality of public service platform, the government websiteconstruction of a region reflects the development of E-government in the region level,manifests in the certain extent is the level of government public service ability. The purposeof this paper is through the study of relevant literature and website evaluation results, themain factors influencing the development of quality and the e-government websiteconstruction, website for information resource integration of existing application, scattered,improve the overall efficiency of Guangdong Province e-government developmentdecision-making and provide theoretical and practical support.This study followed the "status quo analysis discovery problem analysis problem solvethe problem" route, combined with literature analysis, content analysis, comparative analysisand case analysis and other methods, and puts forward some specific operational strategiesand recommendations for the construction and development, in order to improve the overallquality of government websites and online public service level.In this paper, in the current resources, environment and social development background,the construction of government website Guangdong provincial departments as the foundation,straighten out the related concepts and analysis about the domestic and internationalE-government theory and practice research, focus on the domestic government websiteconstruction related policies and measures with reference to the useful practice. Through combining the provincial departments of Guangdong Province,a kind of website construction, discusses the provincial departments of mutual promotion mechanism of the construction of e-government application system from the informationdisclosure, online work, politics civilian interactive, web design and web security and otheraspects, and puts forward some countermeasures for perfecting the website construction, tostrengthen e-government information integration and deepening application gives measuresand suggestions.
