College Student Village Official Policy Analysis

Since1990’s, the village official policy for undergraduates has been a rapid growth.From2008, the central government would be going to recruit ten thousand universitygraduates to work in rural area within five years. And then, the central governmentlaunched some rules about the village official policy for undergraduates in the followingtwo years. As you see, the village official policy for undergraduates has arousedextensive attention in the society. What is the realistic meaning of the policy? Whatkind of problems are there during the policy’s performance? Which procedures can stilladjust? Various circles of society have different opinions about this policy. on the basisof policy’s sustainability, this thesis has analyzed it comprehensively.This thesis consists of four parts. The first part mainly relates the background andsignificance of the topic,the methods of the research, the creativity and deficiency of thethesis and so on. The second part introduces the conception of undergraduate villageofficial,its history and its significance. The third part analyzes the existing problems andits causes during policy implementation. The fourth part is about suggestions of makingup the sustainable village official policy system for undergraduates.In conclusion, this policy has a positive role for our contemporary societydevelopment and should be carried out, but the existing problems influence the policy’spracticability and long residual action, therefore, it is necessary for making use of thevillage official to establish and improve this policy system.
