This is notonly increase the public interest, but also help to increase the spiritual andmaterial benefits of the copyright holders, this is a win-win policy. Networkenvironment, under the precondition of not overly harm the interests ofpublisher, insisted that the strong protection of the right of translation, itsessence is to protect the vested interests of publishers, and regardless of theinterests of the public.
