The Research About Development Model Of The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside In Xinxiang County Henan Province

In2006, the fifth Plenum of the16th CPC Central Committee puts forward an objective of building anew socialist countryside with improved production, affluent life, civilized rural wind, clean and tidyenvironment and democratic management, which makes clear the orientation of political, economic,cultural and social development in rural areas under the new situation. Development mode is a general ideaabout, focus and main method of the development. A summary of the development mode of a new socialistcountryside is a useful complement to the development theory of a new socialist countryside. It is not onlythe practical need for resolving the problem concerning famer, agriculture and rural area, shortening theurban-rural gap and breaking the dual structure, but also the exploration in promoting the all-rounddevelopment of agriculture, rural areas and farmers, concrete measure for implementing the scientificoutlook on development and building a harmonious society, and an exploration beneficial to promotingindustrialization, urbanization and agricultural modernization and achieving the great rejuvenation of theChinese nation. This thesis focuses Xinxiang County, an advanced county in new socialist countrysidedevelopment in central China, deeply explores development mode of new socialist countryside in XinxiangCounty, and summarizes development mode of new socialist countryside. Its theoretical significance,practice experience, and promotional value and reflection on new socialist countryside development willfurther enrich the practical exploration of new socialist countryside development, and promote newsocialist countryside construction in central region, which provides a good reference for new socialistcountryside development in other regions.The thesis firstly gives the background of new socialist countryside development and necessity forresearching development mode of new socialist countryside, introduces the concept of "new socialistcountryside" and "development mode", and summarizes four kinds of existing development mode includingurban and rural coordination and interaction, transformation of traditional village, the improvement ofendogenous production industry and improvement of region public products and service, and emphasizesthe influence of development mode of new socialist countryside by the factors of location, of resourceindustry, of labor, of the level of economic development, and social and cultural factor. Then, on the basisof first-hand information about new socialist countryside development in Xinxiang County, it analyzes situation, ideas, principles, main method, experience, defect and countermeasure of new socialistcountryside development in Xinxiang County, and puts forward two development modes of new socialistcountryside: balanced urban and rural development and residential community development in newsocialist countryside. The focus is to analyze the typical significance of development mode of new socialistcountryside of Xinxiang County in central major grain production areas and economic development areasof general level. This thesis holds that development mode of Xinxiang County is more applicable in thearea with superior traffic condition, supporting industry, clear development concept of the party committeeand government, opening ideology of the cadres and the masses and favorable condition for developmentof collectively owned economy.
