The Problem Of Construction Of New Rural Communities Research On The City Xinxiang New Urbanization

The development of urbanization in China started late. After thereform and opening up, with our country economic scale relativelyincreased and the speed of urbanization accelerated, the urbanizationlevels are significantly increased and the suitable construction ofrural communities is also formally proposed after the sixth plenary ofsixteen sessions. However, the rapid development of urbanization willinevitably bring about the negative impact of the environment,regional, humanities, which gradually cause disharmony andimbalance of the dual society of the urban and rural areas, increasesthe gap between urban and rural construction, income levels andinfrastructure by extent. So it becomes urgent to change the rural lifestyle in the process of urbanization transition. This study mainlydescribes the origin of the development of the rural community athome and abroad and present situation of rural communities to findsuitable conditions to develop Xinxiang local new urbanization. Andthen the paper states the concepts of new type of rural communityand new type urbanization and explains the theories which areapplied in the paper. And after analyzing and comparing the data ofthe construction of new type of rural community and its supportingfacilities and services, the paper shows the influencing factors and conditions between them and then analyzes the typical case “jiaozhuang mode” and concludes lots of problems that occur in theprocess of new type urbanization and at last proposes related solvingmethods and measures.The article is divided into five parts. Chapter1is introductionwhich mainly introduces the research purpose and significance ofnew rural communities’ construction in Xinxiang City, describesresearches at home and abroad about the new type of ruralcommunities and urbanization and at last proposes the innovation ofthe paper by reading documents and literature and investigatingcommunities. The second part is the description of the relevanttheoretical concepts. They are the concepts of urbanization,community and rural community and some theories which are relatedto the new type of urbanization such as urban and rural integrationtheory, urban and rural dual structure theory, urban and rural spaceco-ordinate theory, community management theory and the rural“three fold” theory. The third part is the most important part in thepaper which mainly analyzes the construction target and position ofnew type rural community and the range of scale and standards ofimplementation and the proposed new urbanization development andfocus the JiaoZhuang mode problem. The fourth part shows thesolving measures and suggestions to the problem and then finds theinnovation of the paper which are three construction models:developing the rural areas with the aids of urban areas, communityindustry model and multi-build model and the management of buildinga harmonious community. The fifth part is the conclusion. It displaysthe limitations and shortcomings from the research perspectives and range and the enlightenment of foreign urbanization development toXinxiang city development and finally look forward to the futureconstruction of new type rural community. Finally, it concludes thenecessary conditions of the generation of new type model, theinternal and external factors to build a harmonious community andthe further research about the construction of Xinxiang and the wholeprovince new type urbanization.
