Exploring The Mechanism Of The Expression Of Contemporary Chinese Migrant Workers Interests

China’s migrant workers "is a very important concept, a phenomenon unique to Chinese society. There is no doubt that whether the interest demands of the peasant-workers can be met relates to the stability of Chinese society as a whole and the overall situation of development. It is necessary to build the mechanism of the expression of interests of migrant workers in the era of Chinese social stratification in the pattern of interests and to achieve barrier-free communication between the government and migrant workers. This article is written in this general background and is developed in the pattern of revision (Summary)-raising issues-analysis-resolving, thus, the text consists of four parts:the first part is a collation and summary of relevant literature, a definition of several important concepts in the theoretical base, and a focus on the connotation of political communication, its types and functions, thus, laying a necessary theoretical basis for the following writing. The second part briefly summarizes the new features of the employment of migrant workers, new changes to the interests and demands of migrant workers. Migrant workers face an extremely pressing issue which needs urgently to build one kind of smooth, efficient expression mechanism of interests. These parts provide some emotional knowledge for the subsequent writing, and based on it are an in-depth analysis of the intrinsic relationship between the interest expression mechanism of the contemporary Chinese migrant workers and the mechanism of political communication, and finally the importance of solving this problem. In the third part, there is first an analysis of the specific situation of the expression of the interests of migrant workers, and then a discussion in depth of the reasons of a lack of interest expression mechanism, and finally a summary of the hazards of the lack of interest expression mechanism, which is the deepening of the discussion in the logical structure from the point of view. In the fourth part, based on the philosophy of people-centered development, there is a reference to the expression of the interests of workers in developed countries, specific strategies of improving migrant workers’interests expression mechanism, such as enhancing communication and the main communication skills, nurturing and enhancing the migrant workers self-organizing ability, developing intermediary organization to express the interests of migrant workers and the improvement of the expression system and legal protection of the interests of migrant workers on several levels. As we all know, the problem of migrant workers is a sensitive and serious issue, this means not only to solve rural issues, and solve the big problem in China’s modernization road. The author’s research is to add some useful thinking, aiming at there appearing more and more ardent and interested persons to be responsible for this problem.
