Migrant workers play an important role in the process of China’s economic and socialdevelopment, and made great contributions to the city development. In the rural developmentand the modernization process of migrant workers, fully embodies the self value, has madeoutstanding contribution to the prosperity of the society. Migrant workers rights and interestscan be guaranteed not only to the hundreds of millions of migrant workers of family quality oflife, but also affects the country’s long period of stability. The party and the country must attachgreat importance to the guarantee of the rights of migrant workers. The only treat migrantworkers, protect their legitimate rights and interests, in order to better urban and rural economicand social development, coordination, advance a city to change, realize modernization. At thesame time, to ensure the rights of migrant workers is to promote the building of a new socialistcountryside, the key to solve the three rural problems.The status of migrant workers rights protection system are discussed and summarizedsystematically. First of all, through the analysis of present situation of migrant workers rightsprotection, summed up the migrant workers rights and interests protection problems. There arefour points: first, the employment of migrant workers rights, survival rights are not guaranteed;second, migrant workers the right to education, training the right not to protect migrant workers;third, political rights are not guaranteed; fourth, the new generation of migrant workers migrantworkers and women’s rights and interests are not guaranteed. Secondly, through the research ofmigrant workers’ rights and interests protection problems of migrant workers, grasp the currentstate of survival, and the analysis of the migrant workers rights and interests are not guaranteedreason. The reasons can be summarized into four aspects, first, the society for the protection ofmigrant workers rights and interests is not paid enough attention to, the government did notfully attach importance to the protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers, socialmedia has not pay enough attention to migrant workers. Second, migrant workers have some oftheir own problems. Third, defects in legal and institutional aspects, the relevant legalprotection of migrant workers rights and interests is not perfect, there is lack of social securitysystem, household registration system deficiencies, lack rights organization. Again, in order tofurther improvement of migrant workers living environment, coordinating urban and rural development, this paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, on the sociallevel, to create an atmosphere of migrant workers rights protection, full play the main role ofthe government, actively mobilize the enterprise, with strong labor market supervision. At thesystem level, explore the important influence of system in the protection of rights and interestsof the migrant workers, including the flaws in the system, causes and solutions. Such as theestablishment of migrant workers rights protection system, the reform of the existing householdregistration system, strengthening the construction of trade union system. To perfect the relatedsystem and laws and regulations, modify the "labor law", make "migrant workers rightsprotection law", to strengthen the legislation of social security of migrant workers. Migrantworkers to improve self-protection consciousness, strengthen the education of migrant workers.The eighteen report pointed out the need to create a vivid aspect of harmonious societyshared, attention to protect the interests of migrant workers, can achieve better results shared bythe people, and promote the realization of the comprehensive construction well-off societybetter.
