Employment is the basic thing for people’s livelihood, meanwhile entrepreneurship is the engine of employment. The youth employment and entrepreneurship which relates to millions of households’interests and the social’s harmony and stability can improve people’s living standard and promote social development.Therefore, the government needs to play a more important role in promoting employment and entrepreneurship.Through carefully studying a large number of references such as regarding documents, books, papers and policies,the writer has seriously analyzed the real background, existing problems and the current solutions of the young people’s entrepreneurship in Ordos region, and have developed the responsibilities what the Ordos Local Government should bear for, and developed some recommendations for government decision-making and academic research.
