Research On The Service Of Youth Entrepreneurship By The Communist Youth League In District L Of City C

As an assistant and reserve army of the Communist Party of China,Chinese Communist Youth League is the bridge between the Party and young people,is an important power to develop youth mass work.It plays an irreplaceable role in leading youth development and serving youth.The youth as the most active and most potential group,is always the backbone to a country's development,however,in the worldwide,the employment situation of young people is rather grim,and the unemployment rate is generally higher than the average level of society.At present,the employment of young people in China is also facing challenges and pressures.Especially as the key talents of rural development,the important way to improve their employment is to give full play to their initiative and potential of entrepreneurship.Due to the weak foundation of rural youth in entrepreneurship,their own uneven quality,lack of innovation awareness,imperfect laws and regulations and imperfect entrepreneurship guarantee system,the success rate of entrepreneurship activities of rural youth in China is not high.Therefore,grass-roots communist youth league organizations should take the responsibility of promoting entrepreneurship of rural youth in China,which will become an important cornerstone of the country's long-term stability and social civilization and progress.Focusing on the theme of rural youth entrepreneurship,this paper summarizes the excellent experience of NGOs at home and abroad in serving rural youth entrepreneurship,especially the outstanding cases of China youth league organizations of other provinces in China,in serving rural youth entrepreneurship.This paper makes a detailed analysis of rural youth entrepreneurship activities in L District,based on the theory of public service,public governance and the working experience accumulated in the League Committee of L District for years,and points out the problems they encounter in entrepreneurship.The problems of young entrepreneurs are lack of professional knowledge,imperfect entrepreneurship system and concept,imperfect policies and regulations,limited support and lack of pertinence.From the perspective of league organizations,this paper puts forward some pertinent and operable countermeasures and suggestions on guiding youth employment and entrepreneurship ideas,optimizing rural youth entrepreneurship environment,building rural youth entrepreneurship platform and improving League organizations' self-construction,in order to promote the success of rural youth entrepreneurship,and also bring some useful inspirations for the Communist Youth League to serve rural youth entrepreneurship in the future.
