Baotou City Communist Youth League Service Research On Youth Innovation And Entrepreneurship Performance

At present,in the important period of deepening the innovation strategy in China,Youth Innovation and entrepreneurship has become a focus of the state and the public.In fact,Youth Innovation and entrepreneurship involves many complex factors,including economic development,politics and culture,etc.,and is also closely related to youth's personal ability,professionalism and values.In recent years,the youth entrepreneurship activity has increased year by year,but on the whole,the entrepreneurship rate is still relatively low.At the same time,it exposed the major weakness of the lack of entrepreneurial resources and innovation ability.As the best assistant of our party,the Communist Youth League should shoulder its own responsibility,organize and guide young people,provide needed services for young people,safeguard their basic rights and interests,and encourage and support young people's innovation and entrepreneurship.This paper selects the Communist Youth League of Baotou City as the case of research and analysis,using the public governance theory,new public service theory,innovation and entrepreneurship theory,using the literature research method,field research method,case study method,questionnaire survey method,to further clarify the actual situation of Youth Innovation and entrepreneurship in Baotou City,master the Communist Youth League to provide entrepreneurship services,and on this basis This paper summarizes the shortcomings of the current Communist Youth League in providing entrepreneurship services for youth,mainly including: the effect of entrepreneurship education is not ideal,the effectiveness of entrepreneurship competition is not strong,youth entrepreneurship funds are limited,entrepreneurship services are not in place,and the construction and development of incubation base of entrepreneurship Park is slow.At the same time,the paper analyzes the causes of the problems in the youth entrepreneurship service provided by the Communist Youth League of Baotou City,mainly including: young people do not have a correct understanding of employment and entrepreneurship,employment training can not really play a role,financial institutions do not give full play to the role of small loan support,business incubation service support is not enough,and there are loopholes in the supervision of business incubation base.Finally,combined with the actual situation,the paper puts forward some suggestions for the youth entrepreneurship service of the Communist Youth League in Baotou: strengthen the Youth Innovation and entrepreneurship education,carry out relevant skills training,and build a youth entrepreneurship platform.
