A Study On The Youth Entrepreneurship Model Of Youth Service In Yulong County Of Lijiang City

Youth entrepreneurship refers to the youth through master information, found the opportunity, look for opportunities, integration of resources, in order to have personal property based, in order to achieve personal employment, creating personal value or to pursue other purposes for career goals. In recent years, ERON County youth entrepreneurship, although the increase in activity, but the overall low entrepreneurial rate, lack of entrepreneurial resources, innovation ability. With the concept of new public service theory as a guide, the Communist Youth League in the new era of the new situation to better promote youth entrepreneurship. As the leader of the party masses organization, youth in practice learning Communist school, the party’s assistant and reserve force, the Communist Youth League should give full play to the organization and guiding the youth, youth services and maintenance functions of the legitimate rights and interests of the youth, promoting youth entrepreneurship.In this paper, based on the theory of new public service, using the method of literature research, field observation method, questionnaire survey method, interviews and other research methods, study of Yulong County, Lijiang City Youth League s service business model, clarify the responsibilities and functions of the Communist Youth League, to explore the Communist Youth League in the process of youth entrepreneurship play duties and functions of the existing problems, and combining with the working experience of Yulong County Youth League, on the basis of this attempt to put forward more effective suggestion and measure. Under the new historical conditions, Yulong County, the Communist Youth League to promote youth entrepreneurship approach is to build in the new public service theory for guiding service subject, for young entrepreneurs to provide ideological support; to improve and strengthen the Communist Youth League of the service measures, to ensure the practice for young entrepreneurs.This thesis is mainly to study the mode of Youth League service youth entrepreneurship in Lijiang city from the perspective of new public service theory. Paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly carries on the elaboration from the selected topic background and the research significance, research review; the second part for new public service and service mode of the feasibility of this research analysis; the third part current situation of Yulong County, Lijiang City Youth League s service business, problems and cause analysis; the fourth part for Kunming City Youth League s service business model of the expe rience and lessons; the fifth part is from the perspective of new public service theory perfect and the Countermeasures of the Communist Youth League organizations and youth entrepreneurship model.
