The Study On The Problem And Countermeasure Of Inner Mongolia’s E-Government

With invention of computer as characteristics, human being has entered into the new era of the third industry revolution. At the same time, the government is also facing a new period of development time-Electronic Government time, which takes the Internet in the government management and the service universal application as the main manifestation. Construction of electronic government affairs work, has become the entire party, whole society pays close attention to most of the work. Inner Mongolia serves as western minority area, economic and social development lags behind relatively, the research of E-government has very important significance. At present, Inner Mongolia region of the e-government construction has achieved certain results, but with develop area photograph is compared, still have very big difference, there is a problem that don’t allow to ignore. Inner Mongolia area should actively learn from the advanced experience at home and abroad, to promote the development of electronic government affairs.This article first describes the concept of e-government and the local government. Secondly, combining with the current Inner Mongolia region’s e-government construction current situation, find out the problem of existence, analyzed restrict Inner Mongolia regional e-government development objective factors and subjective factors, and on this basis, put forward a series of countermeasures:first, can draw lessons from a developed country to develop e-government’s successful experience; secondly, innovation train of thought, for the development of electronic government to create a good administrative environment; third, change idea, improve knowledge; economic development, to provide protection; provide information level, to lay the foundation; strengthen the civil servants and public education and training, for the e-government development to create a good administrative environment; fourth, to eliminate the "digital divide", regional balanced development electronic government; fifth, a breakthrough in the development of E-government in capital and technical bottleneck; finally, combining with the characteristic of region of nation of development of application system.
