| Private Equity Funds in China developed rapidly, the positive impact ofcapital markets and real economic development is increasingly obvious inChina. According to the current development of Private Equity fund inChina,that building the legal system,clearing the nature and its legal status,regulating the operation mechanism,and implementing the supervision is theProper measure to Private Equity fund.This article has three parts, including introduction, body and conclusion.The body begains in the second chapter, including four chapters. Thesecond chapter is ‘an overview of Private Equity fund’, introducing theconcept and characteristics of Private Equity fund and the development ofPrivate Equity fund in China. The third chapter is ‘the private equity fundlegal system defects in China’ Expounded on current Private Equity fundlegal norms in China, that of private equity funds, the legal system of the locallegislative limitations, is not compatible with the relevant laws andregulations as well as poor operability issues, and analyzing the reason. Theforth chapter is‘foreign Private Equity fund legal system reference’,introducing the legislation of the United States, Britain and Japan PrivateEquity Fund, and analyzing its significance in China.
