With the globalization of economy and international trade deepening, the trade of goods infringing intellectual property rights has become a serious problem. The Border Protection of Intellectual Property Rights makes for China’s intellectual property border protection. This article used the theoretical research and contrast analysis to summarize the theory of the Border Protection of Intellectual Property Rights.
