Research On The Border Protection System Of Intellectual Property Rights

Economic globalization has brought rapid development of international trade, while the focus of international trade, more and more focused on intellectual property protection.Since the TRIPS Agreement being worked out, intellectual property protection system has become a national strong measure to combat intellectual property infringement , many scholars and businesses are increasingly concerned about the border protection of intellectual property development and improvement of the system.This article researches on the border protection system of intellectual property rights from the following aspects, first, through the TRIPS agreement on intellectual property rights of content analysis, as well as border protection and the "United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods," explained relationship between the article 42, the border intellectual property detailprotection and active role in international trade; Secondly, the use of comparative analysis to study the United States, Japanand the EU's border protection system, summed up the international representative of the border protection system features and trends, and domestic situation and policies with developing a knowledgeproperty rights protection system in the impact of the border; Finally, on China's border protection system analysis and discussion, especially for in 2010 the newly revised "The People's Republic of China Customs Protection of Intellectual Property Rights Bill" .with the explaination ,judge of the merits and demerits of the "bill". combined with construction of customs enforcement suggestions for improving border protection system, paving the way for intellectual property.
