At the moment, under the impact of globalization and information’s waves, political authority is falling into a predicament which is becoming form three aspects:the ideology, the authority ifself and political performance.At the same time, the Chinese contemporary preceptorial systems is also perplexed and changed by the diversification of information’s spreading channels, the proliferation of consumerism, the boosting of individual subject-consciousness and the great improvement of individual ability to communication.After the above analysis, the article reckons that the reasons which have brought Chinese preceptorial systems into predicament may exiting in every tache of political communication, but at the end without the lasting core values under a such highly unified system is where the fundamental problem lies.
