Soldiers, as significant elements of combat effectiveness, are the foundation of army. Soldiers’educational management concerning the overall military construction, is a matter of the whole and essentiality. With the transformation in the fields of political regime, social life, and social environment, as well as the reform and adjustment in the military service, Soldiers’ideological conceptions, value orientations, and behaviour principles have undergone a profound alteration, among which the soldiers components have distinguished much more from that in the past as well. That is special background soldiers---the status and phenomenon emerging in the management of Soldiers’education. With regards to the new problems, how to exploit coordinating strategies is a idea requirement as a symbol of keeping pace with the times in the Soldiers’educational management. It is our generals’ responsibility to grasp such features and rules under new conditions, to adopt certain effective measures, to improve the integrated efficiency as a whole in the educational management, to promote the combat effectiveness into an upbeat statement.This piece of thesis, through an overall analysis of theory background, significance, and status both domestic and overseas in the terms of special background soldiers educational management, demonstrates the definition of five types of special background soldiers conceptually---Soldiers from universities, Soldiers from only child generation, Soldiers from single-parent families, Soldiers with abundant material conditions, and Soldiers’ having work experience before enrolling.Combined with the realistic cases and an in-depth analysis of reality and features to the five types of special background soldiers, four main problems have been put forward in the current special background soldiers educational management, including obsolescent conception, poor quality of the main body, brutal and simple approaches, and comparatively stressful atmosphere. Specific to these four problems above, the author conduces a comparatively analysis of correlation theory about the ancient and modern educational management at home and abroad, adhering to four basic requirements:Convertion of management consciousness, Importance of management mechanism, Innovation of management methods and Promotion of management image. In the last place, with regard to the5different types of special background soldiers, five specific resolutions have been raised:Soft guard against arrogance with praising their skills; Emotional assistance to promoting their personality; Positive direction to guiding their value; Fair treatment to their strength and weaknesses.This piece of thesis, founded on in-depth field surveys and extensive written documents, demonstrates the new status and problems emerging in the educational management of army recruitment under new situations, therefore obtain, the basic principles, basic requirements, and specific measures to strengthen and improve the educational management of special background soldiers, which is the main points of importance and innovation in this research thesis.
