Since the end of cold war,the USA finally defeated its biggest enemy of the whole world——USSR,and the National Defense Strategy of America has been changed a lot.Since the end of the second world war,the Global Military Strategy of America always consider that the security situation of Europe must be more important than Asia,and the leader of America think they must focus on security situation of Europe as their barycenter about National Security Strategy.ln1990s,USSR and Warsaw Treaty Organization had not existed,since the beginning of the Old Bush goverment,the USA goverment has began to look for a potential rival who will replace America status of the whole world,and the USA goverment would like to keep its own military superiority that could control the whole world,its target area is east Asia and west coast of Pacific Ocean which have most numerous population and a high speed of economic development,the USA leaders habor the idea that this area maybe contain a potential Nation who will challenge the USA leader status in the future.Since the founding of USA/the states think that idealism is the most important significance and principle.As a behavior subject of the international politics,the United States and other countries political interaction process is filled with realism. Meaarsheimer’s" the tragedy of great power politics" one book, elaborated international political theory newest achievement-the theory of offensive realism, the theory has inherited the classical realism and structural realism theory achievement, at the same time, beyond the previous section view, systematically demonstrates the country for the realization of their own safety to use military power, make oneself become the overlord of the basic logic system. Although the United States to liberalism as advertised, and in the formulation and implementation of security strategy by offensive realism. This article attempts to offensive realism theory perspective of the United States in the East Asian security strategy essence. The article first introduced about Meaarsheimer’s offensive realism theory gist, and then through the review of the United States after the cold war experience of Clinton, George W. Bush and the Obama administration’s Asia Pacific military strategy, to dig up the offensive component from the United States, domestic and international in two levels of this offensive awareness generated by internal and external factors. However, offensive realism is not the current international system of the mainstream, also see this safety strategy consciousness with the current international system of contradictions, and judge the historical limitations.
