Research On The Development Of Human Rights In The Process Of Opening-up And Reform Of China

Every era has its hot topics for our human being. For the people in the21century, one of the hot topics is the human rights.The opening sentence of the Human Rights in China issued in1991is that to enjoy full human rights is a long cherished ideal of mankind. Since the term "human rights" was coined centuries ago, peoples at home and abroad have been working hard for it and have gained rich achievement. But, these is still a long way to the aim to enjoy full human rights from the worldwide perspective. That is just the reason why numerous people are working and struggling for it. For the human being in the21century, human rights is still an important research field. The development of human rights is not only related to the optimization of human welfare, but also with the future destiny of mankind. At the same time, many issues about human rights are on debate just because of the huge difference in the political system, cultural background and academic concept. Therefore, it means great theoretic and realistic significance to study the human rights in the development of opening-up and reforming in China from the Marxism philosophy viewpoint.The paper consists of three parts as following besides the introduction part:The first part is the Marxism classical discuss about human rights. In this part, some basic concepts are identified first, and the hypothesis that human rights is the unity of a series of rights with the survival right and development right as the foundation. Then, this paper gives a brief introduction to the Marxism, Engels, and Lenin human rights.The second part is about the development of human rights since the opening-up and reform. The part analyses the human rights development in the past decades. The paper divides the whole development as three phases with some events or viewpoints as the cornerstones as following:the awakening and wandering phase, the winding development phase, and the promotion and protecting phase. And then, this paper analyses the three phase respectively.The third part is about the present human rights concepts and the harmonious society construction in China. This part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the construction of socialism harmonious society with the latest research achievement of human rights as the guidance and the human rights status in our country as the basement from the perspective of human rights development.
