Web2.0 Era Research Network Moral Construction

Today the development of information society and internet technology brings theconvenience of life, trade facilitation and extensive access to information to us.However, at the same time there was network intellectual property infringement,infringement of personal privacy, information security and other issues. Especiallysince the internet was into the Web2.0era, problems of network privacy, integrity innetwork communication, network information property rights, access and accuracy ofthe information are exposed greatly. It makes the building of a network moral as anincreasingly urgent task. In order to protect the information rights of people and othersocial organizations, and guide the people’s right, healthy network behavior, weshould rely on the joint efforts of network moral and network laws. In theenvironment of information and network development, with the gradual improvementof network laws, we must firstly strengthen the study of network moral constructionin order to regulate and guide the people’s network moral behavior and construct thenetwork moral environment.In the of communiqué of Six Plenary Session of the Seventeenth CentralCommittee, we proposed the strategic objective of "building cultural power," and "toadhere to the right creative direction, develop philosophy and social sciences, tostrengthen and improve the news media work, introduce more fine literary and artisticworks, develop healthy network culture, improve the evaluation system of culturalproducts and incentives system.” On October25,2011, the Plenary Session adoptedthe decisions “numbers of important issues of CPC Central Committee on deepeningreform of cultural system to promote development and prosperity of socialist culture"and the decisions proposed “to promote civic morality construction, conduct thespecial education and governance of outstanding moral issues, put the integrityconstruction into in a prominent position." The construction of the field of ethics is animportant aspect of cultural development; the network moral construction is moresignificant to the building of socialist culture development and promotes the progress of civic virtue construction.In this paper, mainly for SNS social networking sites microblogging, I attempt toanalyze a series of ethical issues in the network environment through questionnaires,case studies and other research methods. This paper will try to give somerecommendations and responses to network moral construction, investigate thenetwork moral evaluation and propose some advice of building the education team,for the purpose of network moral research development.
