As a outcome of multiple action including technical progress, government-leading andsociety-promoting, the Internet Opens up a new public space. Based on its particular structure andecological, the use of Web2.0brings the new challenges to the traditional management mode, especiallyto local governance. On the one hand, the interaction among online to offline within collective actionscauses space stress from Social reversed transmission. On the other hand, the government reform,especially space power from building a service-oriented government.Under the dual forces, implementsthe expansion of local governance space in an era of Web2.0. However,the present management modecontinue the against logic in revolutionary tradition and Stability logic in current system.In fact,overdependence on instrument rationality could not relieve the anxiety among people, neither thetension between government and citizens, which hiding from internet events. Essentially, all kinds ofinternet events are weatherglass reflecting big structural changes on social, economic and technical inthe critical period of transformation of Chinese society. Therefore, the basic solution to achieve thetransformation of local governance space during the Web2.0era, depends on the reform of governmentlogic and the construction of opening public space facing modern and global.
