Reserch On Incumbency Training Of Field Techniques For The Police Officer In Chengdu

Abstract:Incumbency training of field techniques is vital for improving police officer’s ability, and is especially important when lack of police forces to cover it’s important job of keeping the society safe.First I studied the reaserch on the training of police field ability.Then I learned the status in quo of ChenDu’s training of police officer through using the methods of training process observation,police officer interview and questionnaire.After that,I find the defect of field techniques training system for police officers in ChenDu by comparing with the advanced training system abroad.In the end I made proposals on how to improving the training system using by the police department in ChenDu,and hopefully,it could be useful for the people who concern.
