Since the reform and opening up,China has made great strides in development,but the changing situation at home and abroad has brought about a sharp rise in the hidden dangers.challenges and tasks faced by the public security department.The police station is the front position of the public security department and the department that keeps close contact with the people.The public security organs have higher expectations and requirements.However,as a frontier department of the public security organ,the police station Is the department that has the most contact with the public,whether the allocation of police in the police station is scientific and reasonable is related to whether the police effectiveness can be brought into full play.Therefore,the allocation of police in police stations is a vital conponent of government public management.The research on the police allocation of the police station in Q District of Huai ’an City is for the purpose of improve the work efficiency of the police station to achieve the optimization of police and scientific and reasonable allocation of police resourcesThis paper takes the allocation of police force in the police station of Q District of Huai ’an City as the research object and use no growth improvement theory,new public management theory,energy level correspondence principle.References domestic and foreign advanced experience of police allocation,reference to domestic and foreign related theoretical research,Combining the reality of the author’s daily work,found on Q district police station police configuration problems mainly include unscientific police configuration structure,fuzzy police duty positioning,low police allocation efficiency,low police quality and unable to meet the needs of the post.As for the problems existing in the allocation of police in the police station in Q District of Huai ’an City,the reasons can be explored from the following four aspects,the main reasons include the insufficient base of police due to the shortage of establishment resources,the low degree of legalization of the functions of public security organs leads to ambiguous position of responsibilities,low efficiency of police due to the lack of scientific coordination and the slow improvement of police quality due to the weak management mechanism.Deeply based on the analysis of the various reasons for the problems existing in the police allocation of the police station in the Q District of Huai ’an City,the paper discovers the measures to improve the quality and efficiency of the police station management reform.Combined with the domestic and overseas experience of police allocation,this paper intends to contribute to the structure of police allocation,enhance the efficiency of police allocation,promote the ability and quality improvement project,and formulate the duty list of police stations by using the theories of public human resource management.To fully excavate the internal power of police stations,and introduce targeted measures to solve the problem of insufficient police,so as to give full play to the effectiveness of the existing police. |
