The Study On The Training Regime Of Policemen's Scientific And Technological Abilities

Nowadays,with the science and technology socialization,science and technology has become the core of a nation's comprehensive strength,which is an important symbol that determines the international status of a country.In the face of such situation,public security work must pay close attention to the trend of international science and technology development.The main technical problem in the public security work is the control of high-tech crime.Public security work consists of a variety of division of labors and multiple levels of links.To use high-tech means to the public security work in a timely fashion requires a lot of innovative,scientific and technological personnel.However,the training in this area provided in our country is relatively lagged behind the need.To change this situation as soon as possible,it is to vigorously develop public security science and technology talent.High-tech crime is one of the performances in science and technology progress alienation.As a kind of intelligent crime,high-tech crime is accompanied by the emergence and application of technology such as network information technology,biochemical technology.The crime is technically strong and has great concealment to avoid combat and anti-detection ability.To cope with the intensified high-tech crime in today's society,it requires the national police officers to have strong high-tech quality.Training of high-tech quality of public security personnel is an important part of the construction of public security forces.To provide training to strengthen the scientific and technological ability of the police officers is the key to solve the problem.In this paper,by combining studies of domestic and foreign scholars with the practical experience in public security work,the author will discuss and study the necessity and importance of the development of the public security police's ability in science and technology from three aspects.First,according to the theoretical and realistic basis of the pubic security officer's scientific and technological training,it will defined the basic connotation of the public security police,and it also stipulate and discuss the scientific basis and practical requirements of the scientific and technological personnel training and the requirements and the inevitability of innovation in the scientific and technical training mechanism of public security police officers.Second,it will talk about the main content of the scientific and technological innovation of public security officers and the main problems,which includes the concept of science and technology in public security police,training mechanism,reward and punishment mechanism,innovations in management mechanism and so on.The main problem to be solved includes team building,scientific management and so on.Third,the paper will talk about the specific path of the implementation of public security police science and technology training mechanism.It mainly includes strengthening the awareness of the importance of training in the quality of public security police,establishing the training rules of the scientific and technical personnel training system,strengthening the daily management of the scientific and technological personnel training,strengthening the investment in the scientific and technological personnel training and etc.It is hoped that the research results of this paper will have a good reference value for the construction of the mechanism of public security in the field of science and technology,especially in the construction of the ability of public security police in science and technology.
