Research On Strategies Of Government Promoting Rural Informatization

Rural informatization is an important part of the social informatization,is a process that promote the rural and agricultural farmers’ entirely newdevelopment through developing and using information resources bydeveloped high and new technology. Now, promoting rural informatizationconstruction is helpful for transforming traditional agriculture, developingmodern agriculture and promoting rural economic’s new leap; is helpful forshortening the urban and rural digital gap, driving the process of integrationof urban and rural areas, promoting the construction of a new socialistcountryside; is helpful for changing farmers’ ideas, increasing farmers’science and technology culture quality, speeding up the training of newpeasants. But the development of our country’s rural informationization hasobtained achievements in certain, at the same time, it has a prominentproblems, therefore, to discuss government’s promoting ruralinformatization strategy is not only of theoretical significance, but has morepractical reference value.This article protrudes government’s main body status in promotingrural informatization and analyzes the necessity of government’s promotingrural information from the view of public administration. At the same time,combing the rural information strategy development process, analyzing theresults, through the documents research, intercepting related data and charts,this article has analyzed rural informatization’s achievements in theinformation infrastructure construction, information access to resources,information system optimization and mature information technology. Thispaper has expounded the problems of informatization construction, such asthe policy implementation is not thorough, the information development inareas is not balanced, the information cost is too high, the informationtechnology and the system is not perfect and the lack of information talent. According informatization construction practice of our country’s regionsrural, from the angle of overall coordination, increasing investment, reducecost, establish standards, perfect the system and personnel training etc, makerecommendations for the government strategies to adjust measures for localinformation construction.
