Research Of Low Carbon Economy In Our Country Legal Protection

At present, low-carbon economy has become the focus of the development of the times. low-carbon economy is essentially reduce or control the amount of carbon dioxide emissions through using a variety of means, to improve the energy structure, to optimize zoology environment, to improve the quality of economic development, to achieve the social harmony among economic, environmental and energy.Since China is the largest emitters of the greenhouse gas pollution in the world, it is the inevitable choice to adapt the trend of global economic development, to reduce carbon emission gradually and to develop the low-carbon economy. From the view of the low-carbon economy theory and practice of the developed countries, our related practice and the law of low-carbon economy is still in the exploration stage. Since legal has mandatory and guidance, it gives guidance and norms on low-carbon economy development in promoting the development of low-carbon economy. At the same time we must strengthen the legal system guarantee.Based on defining the connotation of low-carbon economy, analysis the necessity of legal protection of low-carbon economy, as well as the legal protection status of China’s low-carbon economy, and then through analyzing the law of foreign low-carbon economic, proposed that our country must improve the legal protection of low-carbon economy.This paper is based on the following several parts to carrying on the research discussion.The first part analyses the low-carbon economic history. This part also discusses how to construct the legal protection of low-carbon economy both from microscopically and microcosmically view.
