Besides that, farmers organizations can also help improve the quality of farmers and promote self-development.Since reform and opening, our government has taken lots of strategy in many areas of decentralization to meet the objective of social and economic development requirements, giving up highly centralized planned economic system out of the historical stage, while the highly centralized political system gradually fade out from many social areas. The urgency of solving the "three rural" problem impels the government to benefit farmers, encouraging farmers to innovate management system and production organization. With the theory and practice of the deepening of China’s rural peasant organizations, the important role of all aspects of governance gradually been discovered. New Rural Reconstruction Movement, like a strong spring, further awakened the consciousness of the farmer’s organization. All types of farmer organizations are emerging. Farmers set up their own organization not only in the economic field, but also in the political and social fields. Various peasant organizations sprang up.From the current situation, China’s peasant organizations essentially entered a stable development of diversified development stage. The quantity and quality of farmer organizations has great changes, but comparing with Western developed countries, China’s farmers’organizations and development is still in its infancy, such as not widely developed across the country, lower organizational level. The mechanisms are not mature enough to play real unity and build a new generation of leading farmers in rural areas and the role of promoting the interests of farmers.Study the problems and causes of the Rural Governance in China, we shall pay attention to the important role of peasant organizations in village governance, improve rural governance structures, taking active measures to support the development of peasant organizations. Peasant organizations play sound governance in the country in improving social governance in rural areas.
