Research On The Social Governance Function Of Rural Primary Party Organizations In Fengwo Town

At present,Chinese society is in a rapid process of social transformation.In general,the period of social transformation is not only a critical period of social and economic development,but also a variety of contradictions and problems.In the transitional period,social governance must also adapt to the rapid transformation of society in order to maintain social stability and harmonious development.Based on the current situation of grass-roots units,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the grass-roots party organizations to play a better role in rural social governance.Based on this,this study mainly adopts literature method,case study method and practical investigation method,and elaborates from four parts:The first part mainly investigates the role played by rural grass-roots Party organizations in social governance.The research on the role of rural grass-roots Party organizations in social governance in each historical stage mainly consists of three periods,namely the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the period of planned economy and the period of reform and opening-up,to study the practice and innovation of rural grass-roots Party organizations in social governance in each period.From the study of the role played by rural grass-roots Party organizations in social governance at all stages of history,this paper summarizes the experience of governance,and provides some ideas for rural grass-roots Party organizations to give full play to the functional role of rural grass-roots social governance under the new situation.The second part mainly defines the two main concepts of rural grass-roots party organization and social governance involved in this study and other related concepts.It is clear that the main object of this study is the rural grass-roots party organization below the administrative village.Social governance refers to "Party Committee leadership,government responsibility,democratic consultation,social coordination,public participation,legal protection,scientific and technological support.Social Governance System".At the same time,it summarizes and summarizes the five main functions of rural grass-roots Party organizations: first,the leading function of grass-roots specific affairs;second,the function of serving the people;third,the function of coordination,organization and integration;fourth,the function of maintaining social stability and resolving contradictions;and fifth,the function of developing economy,eliminating poverty and tackling hardships.The third part is to introduce the current situation of the rural grass-roots Party organizations in Fengwo Town playing a role in social governance.There are six main aspects to play: first,poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation;second,project coordination and policy processing;third,we should contact the masses and serve the people conveniently;fourth,carry out activities to enrich life;fifth,resolve contradictions and guide public opinion;sixth,management of Party members.Basically,it also covers the role that most rural grass-roots Party organizations need to play in social governance.The fourth part is mainly from the existing problems of some rural grass-roots Party organizations in Fengwo Town,put forward suggestions and corresponding countermeasures to better play the role of rural grass-roots Party organizations in social governance.The countermeasures and suggestions mainly include four aspects: one is to precisely locate the functions of rural grass-roots Party organizations;the other is to improve the ruling capacity of rural grass-roots Party organizations;the third is to promote the comprehensive and strict governance of the Party;and the fourth is to strengthen financial security and improve the treatment of village cadres.
