Research On The Predicament And Countermeasures Of Rural Social Organizations Participating To Rural Social Governance

The Third Plenary Session of the Party’s Eighteenth has proposed the “Innovative of Social Governance”, which made clear that China would change the government’s management functions, and would choose the path of social governance. China is a large agricultural country, the rural community occupied an important position in China. Thus, the construction of Rural Governance system is critical to the national system of governance. As one of the three bodies of Rural Governance, the rural social organizations were important as well.Using the researching method of combining theories and analysis of cases, the article investigates the effects of rural social organization in the Rural Governance from theory and practice. There are two innovations in the article. One is putting the Social Governance Theory into the practice of rural society and governance capabilities of modern governance system, providing a scientific basis for the rural community organizations in rural social governance; the other is analyzing the dilemma and constraints of current rural social organizations to participate in the Rural Governance in-depth, and proposed countermeasures on how to play the role of rural social organizations to participate in Rural Governance, which has a strong practical significance.Firstly, after analyzing the Social Governance Theory, main regional development strategy theories, reviewing the role of rural social organizations participating the Rural Governance in different times, analyzing the internal relations between rural social organizations and Rural Governance; Secondly, according to the author’s fieldwork in, pointing out the role of rural social organizations in rural community governance; Thirdly, analyzing the constraints and reasons of rural social organizations participating Rural Governance; Finally, the article analyzes the limits of the research and subsequent research expectation.
