New Era Challenges And Strategies Of ABC’s Ideological And Political Work

This paper, starting from introducing the ABC system and the aftermath of its IPO, first offers a definition of the role and the basic meaning of ABC’s ideological and political work. Through some data analysis, the general view of the current ABC employees’ ideological and political conditions is positive, however, there exist some problems deserving much concern, such as decreased sense of ownership, lack of team spirit and other issues. The paper goes on with a systematic analysis of the old patterns of ABC’s ideological and political work and the reasons for the defects. Through an in-depth study of the information society, diversified social thought, and the negative effects brought about by the marketing economy and the challenge on the ABC’s ideological and political work, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestion on how to cope with the ideological and political work of the ABC system in the new period such as changing concepts, innovating ideological and political work, targeting and exploring new methods of ideological and political work.
