Ideological And Political Education Of Non-public Enterprises In Gansu Province

The ideological and political education work is the lifeline of alleconomic work, whether in the public enterprises,or non-publicenterprises,they all need to depend on strengthening the work to providespiritual power and ideological guarantee.In the developing process,it’s asignificant and urgent problem that how to make use of the advantage ofthe work,how to enhance it,ensure its correct direction,guiding thetrack,and promote its healthy development.In the16th national congressof our party,it was clearly pointed out that:"we must encourage,supportand guide non-public economic development unswervingly.Non-publiceconomy,with various forms such as individual and privately owned,is animportant part of socialist market economy,and plays an important role infully arising the enthusiasm of all aspects of society and acceleratingproductivity development."Under the guidance of the policy,thedevelopment of non-public economy in our province has made gratifyingachievements,and its proportion is gradually increasing.At present,thecontradiction is increasingly prominent that non-public enterprise’sideological and political education work can not adapt to the economicdevelopment needs,the ideological and political work needs to bestrengthened. This article expounds the basic theory of the non-public enterpriseand its ideological and political education work,and sums up thecharacteristic of the non-public enterprise ideological and politicaleducation work.On this basis,the article summarizes the main problems ofthe work,and puts forward targeted improvement measures through theanalysis of the problem causes.This paper argues that if we want tostrengthen and improve the ideological and political education work,wewould need to make joint efforts from various angles that the non-publicbusiness thinking and understanding correcting,the content andinnovation methods of the work,the overall quality improvement of itspolitical work troop,the establishment in running mechanism,and thestrengthening of the party construction,culture and so on.
