Research On Challenges And Countermeasures Of Military Ideological And Political Education In The New Era

This thesis intends to solve the challenges encountered in military construction from the perspective of ideological and political work,and use the relevant experience and theory of the military ideological and political work accumulated by the Communist Party of China for many years to guide the reform and innovation of the ideological and political work in the new era and overcome the influence of the external environment,so as to realize the goal of strengthening the army in the new era proposed by Xi Jinping at the 19 th national congress,and make better contributions to national security.It mainly discusses the impact of environmental change on the development of Ideological and political work in the army,and how to use ideological and political education to reverse various challenges brought about by the development and construction of the army.While emphasizing the importance of the ideological and political work of the PLA,this study also actively faces challenges and problems,seeks ways of reform and innovative mechanisms,and ultimately establishes the ideological and political work mechanism to meet the needs of the PLA in the new era.Chapter one elaborates the relevant background and significance of the study,sorts out the relevant research results,and makes it clear that all countries have maintained a focus on ideological and political education in the army which is also an important measure for the development and construction.Chapter two is a brief overview of the ideological and political work of the PLA,including the meaning and characteristics and the importance of the ideological and political work of the PLA for the army construction.It focuses on sorting and analyzing what contributions and innovations CPC's generations of leadership have made to the ideological and political work and how they formed the guiding ideology and theory of military ideological and political work with Chinese characteristics in practice,thus laying a theoretical foundation for this study.Chapter three summarizes the achievements of the ideological and political work of the PLA in the decades since the founding of the People's Republic of China.It shows that the ideological and political work of the PLA has made great achievements under the leadership of successive CPC central committees.It shows that the guidance of the CPC leadership to the ideological and political work of the PLA is accurate,objective and effective.Chapter four analyses the foreign,domestic and network challenges faced by the ideological and political education of PLA in the new era.It points out that the challenges facing the PLA are the ideological awareness,the establishment of three outlooks and the behavior patterns of the PLA officers and soldiers,which causes many problems in the construction and development of the PLA.Chapter five puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to strengthen the ideological and political work of the PLA by analyzing the challenges faced by the development of the PLA.This study suggests that we should focus on the four aspects to solve the problems mentioned above: establishing great sense of honor and ideal belief of servicemen for a better adaption to the international environment of the new era,deepening the ideological and political work to adapt to the domestic environment of the new era,changing the mode of Ideological and political work of the army to deal with informatization and making innovation.This study,through targeted research and analysis on domestic,foreign,network,system and other issues for targeted countermeasures,aims to persist in carrying forward the fine tradition of Ideological and political education,actively adapt to the needs of the new era,and realize the goal of strengthening the army in the new era.
