The Economic Law Under The Vision Of Internet Information Security Legal System Specification Problem Research In China

"The Internet of things" is a new emerging thing which developed gradually withthe fact that the Internet and the mobile telecommunication become popular. It could besaid that the "The Internet of things" is a aggregate of Internet, the mobiletelecommunication and the electronic signature technology. What’s more, it has carried outa further exploration which has formed a brand-new technology field on the basis.It involved a huge mount of messages which must be delivered and stored in thedevelopment process of "The Internet of things". The information leakage, however, mayhappen in any part of it. In this thesis, however, the author believed which restrict thedevelopment of "The Internet of things" in our country is not only the technology problembut also the regulation problem. There is no perfect regulation which could protect thewhole industry from being disturbed. Accordingly, in this thesis, I will pay more attentionto the regulation in "The Internet of things" and give my own opinion to this problem. Inthe main body of the thesis，it discussed the problem of the country information security,the enterprise information security and the civil personal information security which haverevealed the information security problem exist in the whole "The Internet of things"industry. In the level of theoretical analysis, the author analyzed the issue of informationsecurity of the Internet of Things from the perspective of economic law and pointed out weneed to integrate a variety of factors and to consider the whole problem of informationsecurity problems of Things from the perspective of economic.Which is innovative in this thesis is I have analysed the information security problemin "The Internet of Tings" in depth with legal principle of economic law. Then pointed outthat the emergence of the Internet of Things presented a new challenge to the traditionalinformation security and there are several new characters in information security protectionof Internet of Things. After that, some effective measures were displayed accordingly. Thismeasures focused mainly about the regulation of the information security problem in "TheInternet of Things".
