Things In E-government Applications Mode

According to the overview of domestic and foreign literatures, domestic andforeign scholars rarely specifically targeted the analysis of effect and application ofInternet of Things (IOT) in e-government. The combination of IOT and e-governmentis still in the initial stage. In recent years, along with the appearance of intelligencecommunity, intelligence city and intelligence Chinese, the demand of governmentbusiness is changing, Internet of Things will promote national e-governmentconstruction in higher level, to broader areas of development.By summarizing the application mode of Internet of things in each industry,learning from the successful experience of the e-government, absorbing mature publicadministration demand about putting the customers in the center, and closelyintegrating advanced concepts for building service-oriented government, this thesisexplores the application mode of Internet of Things in government which embodiesinternational trends and suits to the conditions of China.The key results including: The first aspect, considering the development of IOTand e-government, we analyze the influence of Internet of Things on electronicgovernment. We argue that the application of IOT in electronic government is ainevitable trend, and it will inevitably promote e-government to enter into the era ofIOT government. In the second aspect, combining the framework of IOT and that ofe-government and E-government Architecture, we put forward a three-layerframework about the IOT government. In the third aspect, considering the businessmode of IOT and the business modes of e-government at different stages, we analyzethe application model of IOT government. In the fourth aspect, we focus on theapplication model of IOT government for new urbanization and the application modelof community IOT government under the integration of urban and rural areas. In thefifth aspect, we further put forward some strategies and suggestions to Chinese IOTgovernment, and we think it is necessary to perfect our legislation system and securitysystem on the IOT government, and build China’s IOT data center and the IOTgovernment Service Center.
