Research On The Government Function In The Development Of The Internet Of Things Industry

Following computer,Internet and mobile communication networks,the third wave of the information industry,also known as the Internet of Things(IOT),has come into being.In the future,all things are interconnected.It will be an era in which exchanges between people and objects,between objects and objects are possible.The IOT will permeate every aspect of the society and profoundly impact the economic and social development models of various countries and regions.It is an emerging industry with a promising future.However,since it is still in its primary stage,there is little research on how the government should respond and perform to play a better role in its development.Hangzhou has a leading position in the IOT as the state-level IOT Demonstration Base is located in Hangzhou High-tech Zone(Binjiang)and the IOT is now a pillar industry of the region.This study uses Hangzhou Hi-tech Zone(Binjiang)as a research object.The article is divided into five chapters.First,the article elaborates on concepts and theories of the IOT and public goods,government functions,and governance theories by reading through relevant literature.The Hangzhou hi tech Zone(Binjiang)overall planning,advantages and functions of the government industry in the development of the Internet of things for the fulfillment of a statement,analysis on the integrated use of public goods,government functions and governance theory,that the area in the networking industry in the development.At the same time,compared to the government domestic networking industry in the development of policy initiatives,gain experience and enlightenment,and finally by the Hangzhou hi tech Zone(Binjiang)further into other similar areas,from a sound legal system,industrial chain planning,promotion,popularization and application to build a public platform,to enhance the development environment and other aspects,the full range of proposed operability the improvement of the functions of government measures,and promote the progress of the rapid development of the networking industry,improve the competitiveness of the networking industry in the country and the world,in order to promote the development of related industries,improve the comprehensive strength of area.
