In The New Period Of The Communist Party Of China Political Loyalty Research Problems

Political loyalty is the basic ethic of the members ofthe Communist Party of China. The vitality of CPC dependsdeeply on the Communists’ political loyalty. As theinternational and domestic situations are changing greatly,it is of great significance to strengthen the Communists’political loyalty. It can improve the Party’s cohesion andcentripetal force, and play a key role in consolidating theParty’s ruling position and leadership. As the emphasisof the ideological and political work, strengthening theCommunists’ political loyalty has been being emphasized bythe Party all the time. With90years of development, ourParty has accumulated good experience in this field, whichprovides an important reference for improving theCommunists’ political loyalty.This paper consists of four parts. In order to know theconnotation of Communists ’political loyalty, the writeranalyses the meaning of loyalty. To deepen the understandingof the Communists’ political loyalty, the paper analysesit in another four aspects——the relationship betweenpolitical loyalty and belief,the relationship betweenpolitical loyalty and organization,the relationshipbetween organization and discipline, the relationshipbetween Communists and the people. The paper embodies thepolitical loyalty of the Communists by ideology, discipline and quality.The second part is to survey the political loyalty ofthe Chinese Communists in history. Dividing the history intofour periods——the age of founding of the Communist Party,the age of Anti-Japanese War, the age of founding of the newrepublic, the age of reform and opening up——thedissertation of each period separately researches theefforts and experience in strengthening political loyalty.The third part concludes main symptoms and its reasonsin lack of political loyalty. The paper points out thecurrent problems, especially in the forms of politicalloyalty, besides analyzing the reasons in ideology,discipline and so on.The fourth part introduces some ways and measures inimproving the Communists’ political loyalty. First, weshould take great efforts to study the Party’s mainideology and the traditional culture of China, whilecritically learn from foreign fine experience. Second, wemust continue building our institution, enhance the innerdemocracy of our Party and reform the personnel system.Finally, we can improve the Communists’ political loyaltyby running deep in the practice, on the basic level and amongthe people.
